Orders & Pricing

Online estimates are previews. Final prices are confirmed when our team reviews and approves your job. A job is only scheduled for production once approved and any required deposit is received.

Payments

Deposits and installment payments are accepted. Balances are calculated only from payments that have been verified by our accounts team. Upload a clear receipt to speed up verification.

Artwork

You confirm you have the rights to any artwork you upload. We check files for printability but are not responsible for errors contained in approved artwork.

Production & Delivery

Expected delivery dates are estimates. Jobs pass quality control before delivery; defects attributable to our production are corrected or reprinted at no charge.

Cancellations

Jobs may be cancelled before production begins. Work already produced may be charged. Verified payments are handled according to our refund policy.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
